Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production of 4000+ liters of buttermilk and dairy products
- Manage production planning and schedules
- Ensure quality control and compliance with standards
- Optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency
- Manage ice-cream factory operations
- Lead teams, maintenance, troubleshooting, and inventory management
Experience Required: 5–7 Years (Ice-cream industry only)
Salary: Up to ₹60,000 CTC
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Dairy Technology or related field
- Strong leadership and production management skills
- Experience in quality control, inventory & supply chain
- Knowledge of health & safety standards
- Only Ice-cream industry candidates will be considered
