Position: Production Manager – Ice Cream Plant
Location: Sandila, Uttar Pradesh

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end production ensuring 100% on-time delivery & a safety-first culture
- Drive cost savings and OEE improvements
- Implement Lean, TPM, and HACCP systems for operational excellence
- Build & mentor high-performing teams across functions
Who We’re Looking For
- Education: B.Tech/M.Sc. in Dairy Technology (mandatory)
- Experience: 8+ years in food manufacturing(4+ years in ice cream/frozen desserts preferred)
- Skills: Proven record in OEE/cost/waste reduction, strong leadership, and analytical mindset
- Certifications in Six Sigma / TPM / Food Safety are a plus
