Position: Production Manager

Department: Production
Section: Cotton Cake
Reports To: Works Manager / Operations Manager
Location: Shrirampur, Maharashtra
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Industrial / Production Management
Master’s Degree preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management

Oversee daily plant operations and ensure production goals are met
Develop and monitor production schedules
Collaborate with planning, quality, and logistics teams
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the production team
Promote a culture of continuous improvement

Process Optimization & Cost Control

Analyze and improve production processes
Implement lean practices and cost-saving initiatives

Quality Assurance

Maintain high quality standards in coordination with QC
Address quality issues with corrective actions

Maintenance Coordination

Work with maintenance team to ensure equipment uptime
