Hindustan Feeds is looking for a passionate and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team at our Satara plant. If you’re ready to lead operations in a thriving agro-based company with a strong presence in the cattle feed industry, this is your chance!
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and oversee safe and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Manage manpower and coordinate with Maintenance & Marketing departments.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, Fac tory Act, and BIS standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost-cutting initiatives, and safety training.
- Utilize ERP systems, OEE, and Industrial Engineering tools to enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10–12 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
