Manage and supervise production teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective production.
Implement and monitor safety and sanitation protocols in the production area.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
Develop production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Continuously improve production processes to reduce waste and increase productivity.
