Role Description:
As a Production Manager at Swad Panjon Limited, you will oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring:
Efficiency: Optimize workflows to meet production targets.
Quality: Maintain high-quality standards across all products.
Safety: Enforce safety protocols and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize production schedules.
Manage and optimize inventory processes.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational goals.
Lead and mentor the production team to maximize performance.
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Proven experience in managing production teams.
Expertise in inventory management and production planning.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
FMCG industry experience is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
