Provilac is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our milk production operations and ensure top-quality, safe, and consistent dairy products for our customers.

Department: Production & Operations
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily milk production and ensure smooth plant operations
Ensure strict adherence to milk handling procedures & SOPs
Monitor quality parameters and maintain high hygiene standards
Lead, train, and guide production teams
Support development of new milk-based products
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and all safety norms
Who We’re Looking For
• 4–7 years of experience in dairy or milk production
• Strong knowledge of milk processing, pasteurization & quality control
• Hands-on experience in SOP implementation and team supervision
• Background in Dairy Technology / Food Technology
