Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily dairy production operations for efficiency and productivity.
- Develop production schedules to meet demand and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with quality control, food safety, and GMP standards.
- Lead and manage production teams, providing training and motivation.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Enforce health and safety regulations for a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in dairy production, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of dairy processing, pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging operations.
- Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO, FSSC.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Experience with automation and process improvements in dairy plants.
