Job Summary
Star Foods is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to manage and oversee deboning and production operations at our chicken processing facility. The role involves ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day deboning operations
- Ensure production targets for deboned chicken products are met
- Supervise deboning, cutting, trimming, and packing activities
- Maintain product quality and hygiene standards (FSSAI, HACCP)
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams
- Monitor yield, wastage, and overall production efficiency
- Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workforce productivity
- Maintain production reports and ensure statutory compliance
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience in deboning operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety systems and audits
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
