Key Responsibilities: Execute production schedules and achieve operational targets
Lead production teams and manage manpower planning
Drive OEE, yield, productivity, and process improvements
Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO, and Food Safety standards
Manage production reporting in SAP and lead cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Food Technology or a related field.
