Key Responsibilities:
Drive production planning and operational efficiency
Implement TPM and process improvement initiatives
Enhance quality standards and improve first-pass yield
Reduce downtime and optimize production costs
Ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence
Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams
Candidate Profile:
B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Food Science
13+ years of production leadership experience
Strong expertise in TPM and manufacturing operations
