ADP Processed Foods is looking for an experienced and result-driven Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes.

Industry: Processed Foods
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities
- Ensure production meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Drive productivity improvement and cost control initiatives
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, SCM, and HR teams
- Implement SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols
- Monitor KPIs, wastage, and process efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams
Requirements:
- Bachel or’s degree in Food Technology / Operations or related field
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or processing operations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and GMP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment
- Excellent communication and planning skills
