Qualification:
- B.Tech in Dairy or Food Technology
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in production
- Must have hands-on experience in Milk Processing, Curd, Buttermilk, Paneer, and Ghee manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure product quality and consistency
- Manage and optimize the production process for maximum efficiency
- Supervise and train the production team
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the plant
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and logistics teams
- Prepare and manage production schedules and reports
