Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Production Manager to oversee our daily production operations, including producing over 4,000 liters of buttermilk and various other dairy products. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, optimizing processes, and coordinating with the team to meet production targets.
In addition to our core dairy products, the Production Manager will oversee the operations of our ice cream factory, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes. This role includes tactical planning, troubleshooting, maintenance management, and continuous improvement of production processes and products.
Salary
Up to ₹60,000 CTC
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Planning, Scheduling, and Management
- Experience in Quality Control and Assurance
- Knowledge of Dairy Production Processes
- Expertise in Inventory Management and Supply Chain
- Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities
- Excellent Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Compliance
- Prior experience in the food or dairy industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related field
