We are looking for a dedicated Production Line Incharge to join our team at Yoga Bar (Sprout Life Foods). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of production workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise production activities during shifts
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
Lead and manage a team of production workers
Implement and enforce safety protocols
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly
Qualifications:
BSc/BTech in Food Technology
Minimum 3 years of experience in the food industry
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities
