Vijay Home Foods (P) Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Head to lead our manufacturing operations for Fresh Idly & Dosa Batter and Ready-to-Cook products.
Location: Peramangalam, Trichy
Qualification:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Process Engineering, or a related field
Experience:
- 8–10 years in the food manufacturing industry
- Minimum 5 years in a Production Manager/Production Head role
- Experience in Fresh Idly & Dosa Batter and Ready-to-Cook food manufacturing is preferred

- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Quality Assurance & Food Safety
- Manpower Planning & Team Management
- Statutory Compliance (FSSAI, TNPCB)
- Purchase & Material Planning
- Process Improvement & Productivity Enhancement
- Cost Control & Operational Excellence
