Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee raw and value-added seafood lines (breaded, battered, surimi-based).
  • Supervise and lead the production team for efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, SSOPs.
  • Coordinate with QA, Cold Storage, Logistics, and Purchase teams.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and traceability across the facility.
  • Control wastage, optimize yield, and manage cost efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Fisheries Science, or relevant field
  • 3–7 years of experience in seafood or frozen food processing
  • Strong knowledge of seafood handling, chilling, freezing, and packaging
  • Leadership skills & hands-on experience with production audits and documentation
  • Willingness to work in cold room/processing areas
