Are you a seasoned professional in Frozen Food Processing? Join Hiravati Group as a Production Head – Seafood and lead our state-of-the-art seafood processing operations in Porbandar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee raw and value-added seafood lines (breaded, battered, surimi-based).
- Supervise and lead the production team for efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, SSOPs.
- Coordinate with QA, Cold Storage, Logistics, and Purchase teams.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and traceability across the facility.
- Control wastage, optimize yield, and manage cost efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Fisheries Science, or relevant field
- 3–7 years of experience in seafood or frozen food processing
- Strong knowledge of seafood handling, chilling, freezing, and packaging
- Leadership skills & hands-on experience with production audits and documentation
- Willingness to work in cold room/processing areas
