Job Description: Production Head
Responsibilities:
Lead the production team effectively and efficiently, implementing all production and quality control systems.
Plan and schedule production, track, and measure production performance.
Monitor and ensure the implementation of changes in work methods or equipment usage to improve labor utilization, production efficiency, and minimize plant expenses.
Provide technical expertise in biscuit manufacturing processes and machinery.
Execute production planning according to dispatch targets, ensuring high-quality biscuit production.
Analyze production defects and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Focus on reducing process defects and minimizing broken generation in biscuit production.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of biscuit manufacturing processes and related technical aspects.
