We’re looking for a Production Head to manage our high-performance team in the Ice Cream Division.
Role: Production Head – Ice Cream
Experience: 10+ years in Ice Cream Manufacturing (Mandatory)
Qualification: B.Tech / Dairy Tech / Food Tech

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily plant operations for ice cream production
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Optimize use of machinery, manpower, and raw materials to maximize efficiency
- Maintain compliance with GMP, FSSAI, and all regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across the plant
- Train and mentor production staff to build a skilled and motivated workforce
