Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop weekly and daily production plans based on demand.
Coordinate with the sourcing team to request necessary ingredients for producti on.
Prepare and monitor checklists for floor maintenance, hygiene, and machinery upkeep.
Ensure floor handler availability by planning and communicating needs to the production admin in charge.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly records of production input, output, wastage, and Work in Progress (WIP).
Ensure that all production processes established by the R&D team are meticulously followed.
Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) on the production floor.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, etc.
