Wellversed is a dynamic company specializing in food technology and health. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Floor Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day production operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop weekly and daily production plans in line with the demand plan.
Coordinate with the sourcing team to raise ingredient requests for production needs.
Create and manage checklists for floor maintenance, hygiene, and machinery upkeep.
Ensure proper staffing on the producti on floor by collaborating with the production admin in-charge.
Maintain accurate records of production inputs, outputs, wastage, and Work In Progress (WIP) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Implement production processes established by the R&D team with strict adherence.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) on the production floor.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and others.
