We are looking for a dedicated Production Floor Executive in Food Technology to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana, India. If you have a passion for food manufacturing and ensuring efficient production processes, we would love to have you on board!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage weekly and daily production plans based on demand.
Collaborate with the sourcing team to ensure ingredient availability.
Monitor and maintain checklists for floor maintenance, hygiene, and machinery upkeep.
Ensure the availability of handlers by coordinating with production admin.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly records of production input, output, wastage, and WIP.
Ensure adherence to production processes defined by the R&D team.
Monitor compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices).
Work closely with cross-functional teams like Supply Chain and Quality Assurance.
Conduct training sessions to maximize workforce efficiency.
Implement best practices in inventory management, such as FIFO and inventory aging.
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in managing production floors within the food manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in manufacturing line management, planning, and target setting.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel or Google Sheets).
Strong discipline and attention to detail.
Excellent manpower handling and task delegation skills.
Good to Have:
Certification in Three Sigma, Six Sigma, GHP, GMP.
Additional certifications like HACCP, 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or Auditor’s training are a plus.
