Production Floor Executive (Food Technology) at Wellversed – Gurugram, Haryana
Wellversed is looking for a skilled and motivated Production Floor Executive in Food Technology to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. If you’re passionate about food manufacturing and want to work with a dynamic team to drive operational excellence, this role is for you!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Create daily and weekly production plans based on demand.
Collaborate with the sourcing team to ensure ingredient availability.
Manage floor maintenance, hygiene, and machinery checklists.
Ensure proper manpower availability and raise requests to production admin in charge.
Maintain records of production input, output, wastage, and WIP.
Ensure adherence to production processes defined by the R&D team.
Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, etc.) to streamline processes.
Lead training sessions to enh ance team efficiency.
Implement inventory management best practices, including FIFO and inventory aging.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 1 year experience in food manufacturing floor management.
Strong skills in production planning, target setting, and line management.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent attention to detail, discipline, and manpower management skills.
Good to Have:
Certifications in Three Sigma, Six Sigma, GHP, GMP.
Additional certifications such as HACCP, 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or Auditor’s training.
