About the Job
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement weekly and daily production plans based on demand forecasts.
Prepare and submit ingredient requests to the sourcing team for production needs.
Design and monitor checklists for floor maintenance, hygiene, and machinery upkeep.
Coordinate with the production admin to ensure adequate availability of handlers on the production floor.
Maintain detailed records of production input, output, wastage, and work-in-progress (WIP) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Adhere strictly to production processes as outlined by the R&D team.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) on the production floor.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless operations.
