Roles and Responsibilities
As a Production Floor Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Production Planning: Develop weekly and daily production plans aligned with the demand plan.
Ingredient Management: Raise and monitor ingredient requests to the sourcing team, ensuring all materials are available for production.
Floor Maintenance: Create and oversee checklists related to floor hygiene, machinery upkeep, and overall maintenance.
Handler Coordination: Ensure appropriate staffing on the production floor by planning and raising requests with the production admin in-charge.
Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of production inputs, outputs, waste, and work-in-progress (WIP) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Process Adherence: Implement production processes as outlined by the R&D team to ensure product quality.
Standards Compliance: Uphold GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) on the production floor.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Supply Chain and Quality Assurance to streamline operations.
