Position: Production Executive
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Qualification:
• B.Tech Food Technology
• M.Sc Food Technology
• Diploma in Food Technology
(or related discipline)
Production Executive|Kayem Foods
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with food safety & quality standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for efficient workflow.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation as per company standards.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Optimize resource utilization and reduce wastage during production.
• Supervise production staff and ensure proper training and discipline on the shop floor.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Salary Range: 4.5 LPA – 5.50 LPA
Final compensation will be based on experience, current salary, skills, and role fit.
