Location: Chennai
Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology & Processing
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving production and packing targets
- Ensuring quality, cost control, and rejection management
- Compliance with SOPs in packing operations
- Monitoring GMP, CCP, and FSMS
- Maintaining shop-floor and equipment sanitation
- Ensuring staff hygiene, uniform, and safety compliance
- Conducting training, safety enforcement, and audits
- Identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring PPE usage compliance
- Coordinating effectively across departments
