Position: Production Executive
Location: Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India
VSA Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd., India’s largest processor of coconut water, is looking for a skilled and dedicated Production Executive to join our dynamic team. Since 2009, we have been committed to delivering 100% natural coconut water, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to maintain superior quality and taste.
As a Production Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll be an integral part of a company focused on innovation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning & Management: Develop and implement schedules to meet daily and weekly targets. Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure product standards through regular inspections and audits. Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve issues.
- Process Improvement: Utilize production data to identify areas for improvement and apply lean manufacturing principles.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train production staff, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to foster continuous learning.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and conduct safety drills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of food technology and quality control processes.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
