Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily production processes of frozen food items like paratha, kaathi rolls, and burger patties.
Ensure that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
Monitor the performance of production staff and provide guidance and training where needed.
Maintain safety and hygiene protocols in the production area.
Coordinate with procurement and quality assurance teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and compliance with food safety standards.
Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize production efficiency.
