Position: Production Executive / Senior Executive
Department: Bakery
Location: Bengaluru
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in QSR or any Food Industry
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled professional to join our Bakery Production Team! If you have a passion for food manufacturing and leadership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise day-to-day bakery production operations
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, GMP, and GHP standards
Monitor and improve production efficiency, yield, and OEE metrics
Manage and train production staff for optimum output
Maintain accurate Production MIS reports
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
Utilize ERP systems for production planning and tracking
Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor
