Qualification:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of relevant industry experience is mandatory.

Job Locations: Bihar & Madhya Pradesh (MP)


Key Responsibilities:

Production Executive:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day production operations.
  • Ensure timely and efficient production as per quality standards.
  • Maintain proper coordination with maintenance and planning departments.
  • Monitor manpower, raw materials, and machine efficiency.
  • Implement safety and hygiene protocols on the shop floor.

Production Executive-Quality Executive

Quality Executive:

  • Monitor and control product quality across production stages.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.).
  • Conduct regular inspections, sampling, and lab testing.
  • Maintain quality documentation and compliance records.
  • Coordinate with production for corrective and preventive actions.
