Experience: 1-3 Years
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline production processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols in accordance with industry standards.
- Train and supervise production staff to achieve production targets.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for process improvement.
- Maintain production records and prepare reports as required.
