At iD, our business model is as fresh as our products. We maintain zero finished goods inventory, making products fresh daily and delivering them directly to retail stores. With over 500 dedicated vehicles and distribution personnel, we reach 30,000 retailers daily, supplying more than 100,000 kg of fresh produce.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Production Executive/Management Trainee, you will:
Monitor inventory to ensure raw materials are available for continuous production.
Enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Collaborate with the R&D team on recipe improvements and new product development.
Oversee equipment maintenance to support uninterrupted operations.
Implement waste reduction and efficiency improvement measures.
Work with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
Analyze production data regularly and take corrective actions as necessary.
Key Requirements
Education: B.Tech, M.Tech, or MSc in Food Science/Technology.
Experience: 0–4 years, with a solid understanding of food safety and quality control standards.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of a regional language is preferred.
Industry Background: FMCG or food production/processing is advantageous.
