Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Food Technology / Mechanical / Electrical
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as Production Executive, Machine Operator, or QA in Food & Beverage Industry
- Preferred: Hands-on experience in FSS Machine Operation
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Operate and maintain FSS and other processing machinery
- Monitor production lines and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP)
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure product consistency
- Maintain daily production reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations
Salary: As per Industry Standards (with hike for the right candidate)
