About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our growing team in the Food Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, maintaining product quality, ensuring process efficiency, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and Safety Standards.
Maintain accurate production records, process parameters, and shift reports.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth workflow.
Support implementation of process improvement

and waste reduction initiatives.
Ensure optimal manpower utilization and effective shift planning.
Monitor and control material consumption and yield performance.

Requirements

B.Tech / Diploma / M.Sc in Food Technology or a related field.
Hands-on experience in Production Operations within the Food / Beverage / FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of processing, packaging, and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
