Key Responsibilities: Monitor and supervise daily production activities
Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently
Maintain quality standards and follow SOPs
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Prepare production reports and maintain documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in production/manufacturing
Basic knowledge of production processes and quality standards
Strong communication and coordination skills
