Star Hi Herbs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and driven Production Executive to join its manufacturing team in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Position: Production Executive Experience: 1–2 Years Qualification: B.E., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or related field
Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations Achieve production targets as per schedules Monitor manufacturing processes, equipment utilization, and manpower deployment Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, quality, and safety standards Coordinate with QA, QC, Stores, and Maintenance teams Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production documentation Monitor raw material consumption and reduce process wastage Conduct line clearance and maintain production area hygiene Train operators and supervisors on GMP and production procedures Handle production deviations and implement CAPA Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities
Preferred Experience: Herbal Manufacturing Ayurvedic Products Nutraceuticals Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Herbal Extraction & Formulation Tablet, Capsule, Granulation, Blending, and Liquid Production Processes
