Responsibilities and Duties:
We are seeking a Food Production Supervisor to join our team at Shellz India. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Supervising daily production processes and ensuring production runs smoothly
Planning and executing production schedules based on demand
Managing food and beverage production lines to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards
Monitoring equipment performance and ensuring timely maintenance to avoid production delays
Implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce wastage
Ensuring adherence to food safety standards (FSSAI) and maintaining clean and hygienic production conditions
Training and managing production staff to meet performance goals
Collaborating with other departments (e.g., quality control, logistics) to ensure smooth operations
Preparing daily production reports and updating management on production performance
Identifying and resolving any production issues in a timely manner
