Position: Production Executive
Open Positions: 4
Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily production plans and monitor output
Supervise production processes and shop-floor manpower
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Procurement teams
Maintain ERP records and production documentation
Drive productivity improvements and minimize wastage
We’re Looking For:
B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology or a related field
1–5 years of experience in Food Manufacturing, Frozen Foods, RTE/RTC, Meat Processing, or FMCG Production
Strong knowledge of Production Planning, ERP, Inventory Management, and Food Safety Standards
Good understanding of the frozen food industry
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
