This role falls under the Niacinamide department and offers an exciting chance to contribute to our innovative, global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the plant as per SOPs and instructions from the Shift In-charge.
- Monitor plant operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Handle equipment cleaning, raw material transfer, and sample collection.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, BPR, and safety protocols.
- Perform packing and labeling activities, maintaining TPM, WCM, and 5S standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc./M.Sc. with 3-5 years of experience in Continuous or Batch Process Plants.
- Familiarity with reactors, centrifuges, distillation, and DCS/PLC-based plant operations.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to quality norms.
