About the Job
ShyamG Snacks is seeking an experienced and reliable Assistant Production Manager with expertise in the Kurkure & Chips snacks line in the FMCG industry. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations throughout the production process, from scheduling to execution. You will work closely with the Production Manager and assist in achieving production targets.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities and report to the Production Manager.
Assist in preparing production schedules and timelines.
Estimate production costs, raw material needs, and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of the production process.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for raw materials.
Address production disputes and escalate urgent issues to the Production Manager.
Create and maintain production status reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Assistant Production Manager or similar role in the food production industry, specifically in Kurkure & Chips FMCG.
Comprehensive understanding of the production process, safety, and health protocols.
