About the Role – Product Manager
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and improve key user journeys across EatSure’s Android, iOS, and web apps. You will directly influence high-frequency ordering behavior for millions of customers. This is an individual-contributor role, reporting to the Head of Product, D2C.
You’ll work across product areas such as:
- New-user onboarding & discovery
- Cart, payments & checkout optimization
- Retention, engagement & repeat-order behavior
- Occasion-based journeys, events & multi-brand flows
- CMS foundations & merchandising simplification
What You’ll Do
- Understand customer needs using data, research & experiments
- Co-own product strategy and build product roadmaps
- Identify problems & opportunities across the EatSure user journey
- Prioritize features based on clarity and impact
- Work closely with engineering, design & data science to ship high-quality features
- Run experiments & A/B tests to validate hypotheses
- Define metrics, track performance & iterate continuously
- Collaborate closely with business, marketing & operations teams
Who We’re Looking For
Experience
- ~2 years’ hands-on experience as a Product Manager in consumer products (D2C, e-commerce, marketplaces, mobile apps)
- Strong comfort with data, funnels, experimentation & user journeys
- Experience with tools like Amplitude / Mixpanel is a plus
- Background in product-led companies (food-tech, travel-tech, e-commerce, big tech) preferred
