Experience: 3-7 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science (or related) + MBA
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager who will drive the development, innovation, and enhancement of our products, ensuring they meet customer preferences and uphold HyFun’s high standards. From product development to packaging, pricing, and quality assurance, you’ll play a pivotal role in our journey of delivering exceptional frozen food offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to launch
- Enhance existing products based on customer feedback and market trends
- Collaborate across teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations
- Oversee packaging and labeling to reflect brand identity and regulatory standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to maintain product competitiveness
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management within FMCG (Frozen Industry a plus!)
- Strong knowledge of food production processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Passionate about understanding consumer needs and insights
