We’re Hiring | Product Development Team Leader – R&D (Cheese & Dairy)
Schreiber Foods is looking for an experienced Product Development Team Leader to lead Research & Development and New Product Development for our Dairy & Beverages portfolio, with a strong focus on cheese innovation.
Location: Baramati, Maharashtra, India
Function: Research & Development
Focus: Cheese, Dairy & Value-Added Products
Key Responsibilities
Lead development and launch of new cheese and dairy products
Drive innovation, pilot trials, and industrial scale-up
Mentor and lead high-performing R&D & NPD teams
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales & Operations
Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
Ideal Candidate
Master’s / PhD in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or Food Engineering
15+ years of dairy R&D experience (5+ years in cheese technology)
Exposure to global dairy trends is a plus
Strong leadership, innovation mindset, and business acumen
