Schreiber Foods is looking for a dynamic R&D leader to drive cheese innovation and dairy product development. This role will lead the New Product Development (NPD) function with a strong focus on cheese (processed, natural, specialty, and value-added) along with dairy & beverage innovation.

Key Highlights of the Role:
- Lead design, development, and commercialization of innovative cheese and dairy products
- Drive process optimization, yield improvement, and operational excellence
- Strengthen product quality in line with FSSAI, Codex, and global food safety standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations & Supply Chain
- Mentor and build a high-performing R&D team
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Master’s/PhD in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or Food Engineering
- 15+ years of dairy R&D experience, including 5+ years in cheese development
- Strong expertise in dairy chem istry, fermentation, cultures & industrial scale-up
- Proven success in taking products from concept to commercialization
