Job Opening: Product Development (R&D Food)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Product Development, Food Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience, particularly in food product development.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development of new food products from concept to launch.
- Conduct research and analysis to improve existing products or develop innovative food solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee product testing, quality assessments, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed product specifications and documentation for production.
