Job Opening: Product Development (R&D Food)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Product Development, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience, particularly in food product development.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development of new food products from concept to launch.
  • Conduct research and analysis to improve existing products or develop innovative food solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee product testing, quality assessments, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed product specifications and documentation for production.
