We’re on the lookout for an experienced and innovative professional to join our Product Development / R&D team for the Cracker Biscuits segment at ITC Foods.


Role Overview:
As part of the R&D team, you will be instrumental in developing new cracker biscuit products, improving existing formulations, and ensuring smooth scale-up from lab to factory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of cracker biscuits from concept to commercialization.
  • Conduct bench-scale trials and pilot plant experiments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Manufacturing, Procurement, Marketing) to deliver projects on time.
  • Optimize product formulations for taste, texture, cost, and shelf life.
  • Stay updated with global trends and technologies in the biscuits segment.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and product safety during development.
  • Support manufacturing teams during first production runs and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology / Food Processing Technology

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in R&D / New Product Development of cracker biscuits
