Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Product Development Manager to join our team in Manesar, Haryana. In this on-site role, you will lead and manage the development of new products, from conducting market research to overseeing R&D and driving product management and sales initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product innovation and meet market demands.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee market research and identify trends to drive product development.
Manage research and development (R&D) processes for new products.
Collaborate with the sales team to align product strategies with market needs.
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
