Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience Required: FMCG experience, specifically in food product development (Chilli, Turmeric, Pickles, Ginger & Garlic, Instant Foods, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve new and existing food products, ensuring quality and innovation.
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams to bring new products to market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the FMCG sector.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Manage the formulation, testing, and optimization of recipes.
- Provide technical support to production teams during product scaling and launch.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to product development and production.
- Regularly update management on product development progress.
